Phillip Niblo is the Lead Financial Planner of Golden Legacy Wealth Advisors. He was born in the Coachella Valley and has called the Valley home his entire life. He has over a decade of financial advisor experience working with high net-worth retirees and has built over 150 financial plans. Phillip has worked for Merrill Lynch, Raymond James & FLC Capital Advisors. In his most recent role at FLC Capital Advisors he was a financial advisor & also in charge of Investment Planning & Financial Planning for the firm’s clients.

Phillip graduated from University of Redlands with a Degree in Business Administration and a concentration in accounting. Phillip earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification showing his commitment to being the best financial planner possible. Phillip was featured in Palm Springs Life 40 under 40.

Phillip is a Board Member for College of The Desert Foundation including being on the Committee for the Finance Department, Board Member for the Desert Estate Planning Council & is also a Commissioner for the City of La Quinta Financial Advisory Commission.

Phillip resides in La Quinta with his wife Deyssi & their daughter Sofia.
